You have the right to select a repair facility of your choice.  We work with all insurance companies but we are committed to our customers and their satisfaction.  To expedite the repair process and get you back on the road faster, our shop will contact the insurance company and arrange for an appraiser to inspect your vehicle on-site.  If your vehicle is not driveable we will coordinate towing and assist with a car rental.
